ORDERING & PAYMENT

Opening order minimum: $250

We will not process orders that fail to meet this criteria.

Payment is required at time of order by pre-paid check, credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or Paypal.  Since we make our candles to order, we will not begin production until we have received payment.

 

LEAD TIME + INVOICING

All orders placed through the W.V. Candle Co Wholesale Marketplace will be shipped within 10-12 business days after payment has been made, unless otherwise specified.  For orders of more than 300 candles, please inquire about processing times as we may need more time to produce such a large amount.  If you are interested in rushing your order to receive it in fewer than 10-12 business days, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request, and know that there will be a 25% rush fee added to the price of the total order.

 

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

We provide Free US Shipping on orders that exceed $500 via FedEx Ground

If you would like to use a different method of shipping, and would like to arrange alternate payment and pickup on your own, please let us know so we can coordinate it with you.  Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number, so you can keep an eye out for delivery. W.V. Candle Co. cannot be held responsible for any packages that have been lost or stolen once delivered.  We advice you to take adequate precautions in order to assure that your orders will be delivered safely.

Most of our international orders are shipped via USPS.  W.V. Candle Co. does not have any control over delivery delays due to customs.

 

SAMPLES

At this time we are not able to provide free sample candles.  If you would like small 0.5 oz samples of just the wax (no wick), you can pay shipping and $0.50 per sample you would like to smell. 

 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

For wholesale orders we do not accept returns.  Any damages or shortages must be claimed within 5 days of receipt of merchandise, and photographic proof may be requested. Keep the packaging and broken candle as the post office may ask us for proof if we attempt to use the insurance. We will review your request, and set up an exchange or a credit you can use on a future purchase.  Please note exchanges or credit towards future purchases are based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase.  We do not refund shipping and handling fees. The credit will expire one year from date of original purchase.
