IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?

Your order can be changed or canceled, as long as it has not been shipped.  Prior to receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at  hello@wvcandleco.com in order to change or cancel your order.

 

CAN MY ORDER BE SENT AS A GIFT?

Definitely! W.V Candle Co. products make fabulous gifts.  If you choose to send an order as a gift, you can include a gift note, and rest assured that the recipient will not receive an invoice with the cost of the items.  Just leave us a note during checkout, so we know that it is a gift.  All shipments we send out will include W.V’s return address and may sometimes include branding on the outside of the box.

 

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

W.V. has gift cards available in increments of $25, $50, $75, and $100.  There are no additional processing fees. Gift cards will be delivered via email and contain instructions for redemption. If you wish to send the gift card directly to the recipient, we ask that you include their email during checkout.  It is also possible to write a personalized gift note during checkout.

 

ARE THERE ANY OPPORTUNITIES FOR WHOLESALE OR REDUCED PRICING ON BULK ORDERS?

Absolutely! You can visit our Wholesale page to apply to become a W.V. Stockist or go to our Bulk For Events page to find more information about bulk orders.  Please note in order to receive a bulk discount, you must purchase a minimum quantity of 24 candles.

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We are happy to offer service worldwide!  Wherever you would like to order from, please email us at hello@wvcandleco.com for a rate quote.  We will need to know the products you would like to order, as well as the postal code where you would like us to ship them in order to give you the most accurate information.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

The standard processing time for orders is 3-5 business days.  If you need a rush shipment, please email hello@wvcandleco.com to discuss options.

 

DO YOU OFFER RUSH SHIPPING OPTIONS?

For the customer who needs their order as soon as possible, we offer FedEx 2-Day for domestic orders and DHL for international orders.  The price is determined based on the weight of the package as well as the destination.  For further information as well as a rate quote, please send us an email at hello@wvcandleco.com.

 

DO YOU ALLOW THE USE OF PARCEL FORWARDING SERVICES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

If you are ordering our products from outside of the United States, you are more than welcome to use a parcel forwarding service, as long as the address of the forwarding service is domestic.  We do not have the option to coordinate pick-ups from us directly.  There are certain products that are restricted from shipping via air, so please be sure to check with your forwarding service before placing your order, to be sure that they are capable of transporting it.
