FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

* Where can I buy your products/smell your scents in person?

Check our online store or your local retailer. We sell nation wide and internationally so it is difficult to give every possible place they're sold. Email your questions and location to hello@wvcandleco.com and we may be able to find the closest location. No promises, but we are willing to try!

We recently started offering 0.5 oz tins of scented wax without wicks, for smelling purposes only. These are not to be used on the body in any way, shape, or form, not to be ingested, and are not to be sold. An email must be sent to hello@wvcandleco.com for the request. Shipping is your responsibility. We will email a quote for shipping to you and shipping must be paid prior to samples being sent.

 

*Do you offer candle making classes?

Not at this time. Please sign up for our mailing list if we should ever decide to do a pop-up class one day!

 

*Do you offer private-label or no-label items?

No. We are sometimes open to co-branded collaborations on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if interested. 

 

*Are you willing to drop-ship?

No. We will not drop-ship or sell on drop-ship e-commerce stores. 

 

*Do you offer bulk discounts for my wedding/event/corporate gift?

Yes, if you would like to order a minimum of 24 pieces of one style/scent. Please contact us for information on bulk orders.

 

*Can I purchase wholesale?

Yes, but only if you own a business and are planning on reselling the items. Wholesale is not for personal use. Go to our wholesale page https://wvcandleco.com/pages/wholesale-signup, and follow the directions. This will help us determine your eligibility as a wholesale partner. 

Wholesale orders can not be rushed as more production is involved. We need at least 10-15 business days to complete a wholesale order.      

 

*Will you donate items for an event?

Because we are a small company, we are unable to donate large amounts of items for swag bags/events. If you would like to purchase them at bulk prices, please contact us. We will occasionally donate gift sets or single candles for silent auctions for causes that matter to us.

 

*Can my order be sent as a gift?

Definitely! W.V. Candle Co. products make fabulous gifts. If you choose to send an order as a gift, you can include a gift note, and rest assured the recipient will not receive an invoice. Just leave us a note during checkout so we know it is a gift. All shipments sent out will include W.V.’s return address and may sometimes include branding on the outside of the box.

 

*Do you offer gift cards? 

W.V. has digital gift cards available in increments of $25, $50, $75, and $100. There are no additional processing fees. Gift cards will be delivered via email and contain instructions for redemption. If you wish to send the gift card directly to the recipient, we ask that you include their email during checkout. It is also possible to write a personalized gift note during checkout.

 

*How long will it take for my order to ship?

The standard processing time for orders is 3-5 business days.  If you need a rush shipment, please email hello@wvcandleco.com to discuss options. 

 

*I need my candles tomorrow. Can you overnight them?

We need 3-5 business days to process orders (order Monday night, we will ship either on Thursday or Friday). Please send us a note if you absolutely need us to ship the next business day and we’ll do our best to rush your order. If for some reason we are unable to get your message in time, we may contact you before sending the order to make sure you still want it. If it is a possibility to overnight them, you must choose overnight shipping at checkout in order to get your items in time. Wholesale orders cannot be rushed as more production is involved. We need at least 10-15 business days to complete a wholesale order.

                                                            

*Is it possible to change or cancel my order?

Your order can be changed or canceled, as long as it has not been shipped.  Prior to receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at  hello@wvcandleco.com in order to change or cancel your order.

 

*Do you ship internationally?

Yes, if you place your order in our online shop, we can ship to you wherever you may be in the world. Your shipping will be calculated at checkout.

 

*Where are you willing to ship your products?

We are happy to offer service worldwide!  Wherever you would like to order from, please email us at hello@wvcandleco.com for a shipping rate quote.  We will need to know the number of products and of what size item (3.5 oz, 7.2 oz, or reed diffuser) you would like to order, as well as the postal code where you would like the items shipped in order to give you the most accurate information.

 

*Do you allow the use of parcel forwarding services on international orders?

If you are ordering our products from outside of the United States, you are more than welcome to use a parcel forwarding service, as long as the address of the forwarding service is domestic.  We do not have the option to coordinate pick-ups from us directly.  There are certain products that are restricted from shipping via air, so please be sure to check with your forwarding service before placing your order, to be sure that they are capable of transporting it.
